My Holistic Massage is adapted to meet the needs of each individual, incorporating techniques from Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Myofascial Release Therapy.

Reflexology involves the application of focused pressure to certain reflex points located on the foot, which correspond to glands, organs, and other specific areas in the body.
